Mission Resource Calendar
The community resource calendar is free and open to the public. Designed to increase communication in the Mission District about trainings and resource events we ask that you use the calendar according to the following guidelines:
- Post only free or low-cost workshops, trainings, and other community oriented events and services.
- Do not post Fundraisers and other non-service related events.
- Please respect the calendar as a community space.

Community Action Model
The Community Action Model, developed by the Department of Public Health, is a framework for community members to acquire the skills and resources to investigate the health of their neighborhood. Then they are able to plan, implement, and evaluate actions that aim to change the environment to promote and improve health.
